About the role

You are a Sales & Partnership Manager driving revenue growth for a quick-growing virtual assistant company. This role combines outbound prospecting, direct sales, and partnership building. You will turn established partnerships into a revenue engine and own your pipeline end-to-end. Cold calling is a core part of the job.

Key responsibilities
Drive your own pipeline through outbound calls, either personally (50+ dials per day) or through your setter
Close deals from qualified leads and manage the full sales cycle from first contact to signed contract
Own the full outbound function: identifying, prioritising, and engaging cold, warm, and hot leads through structured call campaigns, follow-up sequences, and pipeline nurture
Build and activate strategic partnerships with trades associations, suppliers, and industry bodies
Keep the CRM clean, forecast reliably, and follow up with discipline
Coordinate joint webinars, lead magnets, and campaigns with partners
Present tailored proposals that speak to trades business pain points




Build the sales team from the ground up as the business scales

About you
3–5+ years of proven B2B sales success
Confident and consistent with outbound cold calling
Experience in partnership development or channel sales
Background in service-based industries (outsourcing, VA services, or trades ideal)
CRM proficient and data-driven in pipeline management
Direct, confident, and persuasive in communication
Comfortable working fully remote with high autonomy
Able to perform on a commission-only structure
