We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RNs) to join our aged care team in Narrogin. We are looking for a full-time fixed term contract RN (3 - 6 months) and local RN's interested in casual work. Accommodation available for the right candidate - we have a 2-bedroom unit available for rent (rent is subsidised), we are also open to those interested in a Drive-In-Drive-Out arrangement. Permanency negotiable post completion of contract.

You will play a key role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care to our residents in a supportive and collaborative environment.

We are a long-established provider of both retirement living and residential aged care, and a not-for-profit organisation committed to delivering excellence and enhancing quality of life for those who live in our facility.

Our facility caters for up to 50 residents across two wings: ‘Karinya’ and our purpose-built Memory Support Unit, ‘Maxwell Wing’.

This position will work a variety of shifts across morning, afternoon and nights as required. We have flexibility to suit your preferences and needs.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver holistic, person-centred clinical care in line with best practice standards
Undertake assessments,



care planning and evaluation
Administer medications and maintain accurate clinical documentation
Provide leadership and support to care staff
Liaise with residents, families and multidisciplinary teams
Deliver high-quality wound, continence and palliative care

About You
Current AHPRA registration with no restrictions
Current National Police Clearance, or willingness to obtain
Current first aid/ CPR certificate, or willingness to obtain
Robust clinical and communication skills
A genuine passion for aged care
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Valid working rights in Australia
