Role Description This is a full time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Scoresby, VIC.

The Sales

Executive will identify and develop new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients, and present tailored display and marketing solutions. Daily responsibilities include conducting client meetings, preparing proposals and quotations, negotiating commercial terms, and managing the sales pipeline to meet revenue targets. The role involves close collaboration with design, production, and marketing teams to ensure solutions meet client needs and project timelines.

Executive will also monitor market trends, competitors, and customer feedback to support continuous improvement in product and service offerings.

Qualifications
Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in displays, retail marketing, or related manufacturing settings.
Robust skills in relationship management, negotiation, and consultative selling.
Ability to understand and communicate creative design, product development, and marketing solutions to clients.
Competence in using CRM systems and standard office software to manage leads, forecasts, and reporting.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with solid presentation abilities.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines on-site.
Comfort working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including design, production, and marketing.
Relevant tertiary qualification in business, marketing, or a related field is beneficial.
Knowledge of digital marketing and in-store activation strategies is an advantage.
