We are seeking an experienced and motivated Automotive Sales Consultant to join our team.
This is a excellent opportunity for a sales professional who enjoys building customer relationships, achieving results and working within a supportive dealership environment.
About the Role
Manage customer enquiries from initial contact through to vehicle delivery.
Conduct professional vehicle presentations and test drives.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Generate repeat and referral business.
Maintain accurate CRM records and sales documentation.
Promote finance, insurance and aftermarket opportunities.
Consistently achieve sales, gross profit and customer satisfaction targets.
Maintain strong product knowledge across our vehicle range.
Follow up sales leads and prospective customers in a timely manner.
About You We are looking for someone who has:
Previous automotive sales experience preferred.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
A professional, self-motivated and customer-focused approach.
Proven ability to achieve sales targets and deliver results.
Confidence using CRM systems and following established sales processes.
Strong negotiation and follow-up skills.
A current Australian Driver's Licence.
