Role Description The Retail Store Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Adelaide, SA, responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store and delivering a premium customer experience. This role involves leading and coaching the store team, managing staffing levels and scheduling, and ensuring exceptional customer service at all times.

The Retail Store

Manager will monitor sales performance, manage inventory and merchandising standards, and uphold loss prevention procedures to protect company assets. In addition, this role includes maintaining store presentation in line with brand guidelines, handling escalated customer queries,



and reporting key performance metrics to leadership.

Manager will foster a positive, inclusive team culture and ensure compliance with company policies and safety requirements.

Qualifications
Customer-focused skills, including Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with a proven ability to create memorable in-store experiences.
Solid interpersonal and Communication skills to lead teams, engage customers, and collaborate with internal stakeholders.
Store Management experience, including supervising staff, managing operations, and driving sales performance in a retail environment.
Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices, including cash handling, stock security, and adherence to company procedures.
Previous experience in fashion or footwear retail is highly regarded.
Ability to work flexible schedule, including weekends and public holidays, as required in retail.
Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including coaching, performance feedback, and team development.
Basic proficiency in point-of-sale systems and retail reporting tools.
