In the role of Product Owner, Home Owners & General Insurance, you will join the Digital Sales team as we strengthen our focus on customer obsession, owning it and winning together. You'll be responsible for helping customers choose the right home lending and insurance solutions through our digital channels, while driving digital sales performance and continuous improvement.

You'll make an impact each day by:
Owning the digital roadmap for Home Owners and General Insurance and delivering against digital sales targets
Leading a cross-functional squad of content, design, CRO, analytics and journey specialists
Prioritising initiatives that maximise customer and commercial outcomes
Driving experimentation, optimisation and continuous improvement across digital experiences
Building strong partnerships across Home Lending, General Insurance, Marketing and Consumer Sales teams




Translating performance insights into actions that improve customer outcomes and sales performance
Managing squad capacity, dependencies and delivery plans to ensure successful execution
Maintaining a explicit backlog and forward-looking roadmap aligned to strategic priorities
Championing digital sales across the Home Owners and General Insurance portfolios and influencing key stakeholders

You'll bring to this role:
Significant experience in digital, product ownership or digital sales leadership roles
Robust commercial acumen and the ability to connect digital activity to business outcomes
Experience managing roadmaps, prioritisation and quarterly planning cycles
Deep expertise in a digital discipline such as content, design, marketing, personalisation or optimisation
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across complex organisations
Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver measurable results
A customer-first mindset with a passion for improving digital experiences
Experience in banking, home lending, insurance or other regulated industries will be highly regarded
