We're exclusively recruiting for an ambitious Product Manager to join a high calibre founding team building an AI platform that's transforming the industry and growing across Australia and the USA.

This is a hands-on product role with genuine ownership and a huge opportunity for growth. You’ll take responsibility for a key product area, working directly with customers, engineering and leadership to understand complex problems, shape solutions and take them through to delivery.

You’ll be close to the detail, from customer discovery and product strategy through to specifications, prototyping, implementation and measuring the impact of what you build.

This is an prospect to join an early-stage team where you’ll have a real say in the product direction, reporting to a top Head of Product with plenty of scope to make your mark.

Ideally, your experience looks something like this:
3+ years of experience in B2B Product Management
A track record of taking products or features from discovery through to launch
Robust customer-facing experience and an ability to turn customer problems into product decisions
Comfortable working closely with engineers, founders and senior stakeholders

Experience writing explicit product specifications and working hands-on with prototypes and AI tools
Commercially minded with strong stakeholder management skills
Naturally curious and able to get up to speed quickly in complex environments
Healthcare experience is a bonus, but not essential

Why this role? You’ll suit this team if you are ambitious, you enjoy building rather than maintaining, are comfortable making decisions with imperfect information and like getting close to customers to understand how things really work.

This is a high-ownership role in a small, ambitious team. You’ll be trusted with meaningful responsibility early, work on a product already being used in the real world and have the opportunity to help shape what comes next.

If you’re a Product Manager looking for genuine ownership, complex problems and the chance to build something meaningful with AI, we’d love to hear from you!
