The Chance:
Due to continued solid growth we’re seeking a capable Business Unit Manager with experience to oversee service delivery, team leadership, and operational efficiency from our Salisbury Plain Head Office. Use your passion for commercial cleaning (pressure cleaning & scrubbing) and/or experience in affiliated industries to drive business growth and relationships with various SA clients in this unique industry.

Your Role Will Include:
Business unit management driving growth, quality, culture and safety across a team of 30 employees
Leading, training, and supporting operational staff across SA depots
Overseeing scheduling, time sheets, contracts, and WHS compliance
Supporting business development, quoting,
and client relationships
Collaborating with internal teams to drive continuous improvement
Leadership management of two direct reports – one in a business development role and one in an operational role
Reporting to the Directors
What You’ll Bring:
3+ years in a senior leadership role
Strong planning, time management, and communication skills
Mechanical aptitude and hands‑on leadership style
Proficiency with MS Office and administrative processes
Valid MR licence, White Card, and Driver’s Licence
Able to pass a pre‑employment medical & drug/alcohol test
Desirable: Experience in construction, local government or related industries.
