My Little Kingdom Early Learning Centre is looking for a Qualified Early Childhood Educator to join our team and help create a protected, nurturing and engaging environment where children can learn, grow and thrive.

About the Role

As an Educator, you will:
Build warm, respectful relationships with children and families.
Plan and provide engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences.
Support children's individual interests, development and wellbeing.
Contribute to observations, documentation and the planning cycle.
Work collaboratively with educators and room leaders.
Maintain a protected, clean and welcoming learning environment.
Follow all child safety, health, hygiene and centre policies.
Contribute to the centre's ongoing quality improvement.
Support an inclusive workplace where every child feels valued and respected.

What We’re Looking For We are looking for someone who is:




Qualified in Early Childhood Education and Care (Cert III or Diploma).
Passionate about working with children.
Caring, reliable and responsible.
A positive team player with excellent communication skills.
Confident in building relationships with children and families.
Knowledgeable about the EYLF and National Quality Framework.
Committed to child safety and children's wellbeing.
Eager to learn, grow and contribute to a supportive team.

Essential Requirements
Relevant Early Childhood qualification.
Current Working with Children Check.
Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma certificates.
Child protection / mandatory reporting training.
Ability to meet all relevant regulatory requirements.

Pay: $28.00 – $33.00 per hour
