We're partnering with a leading financial services organisation to appoint a PMO Lead / Business Manager to support a major Risk Transformation program.

This is a high-impact role responsible for governance, executive reporting, financial management, portfolio oversight and stakeholder coordination across a complex regulatory and transformation agenda.

Key Responsibilities
Drive PMO governance, reporting and delivery oversight
Prepare Executive, Steering Committee and Board reporting
Manage program budgets, forecasting and resource planning
Track risks, dependencies, milestones and program outcomes
Support senior stakeholders across Risk, Compliance, Business and Technology
Establish best-practice PMO processes and controls

About You
Experience as a PMO Lead, Business Manager or Transformation Manager




Background delivering large-scale transformation programs within Financial Services
Strong governance, reporting and stakeholder management skills
Experience supporting executive-level decision-making
Exposure to Risk, Regulatory Change or APRA-regulated environments highly regarded
