This is a Property/Commercial Lawyer position in a friendly and well-established firm located in Maroochydore. The main areas of their property and commercial practice are commercial and residential conveyancing, contract drafting, property development work, the sales and acquisitions of businesses, loan and security agreements, share transfers, business conveyancing, commercial and retail leasing. You will be part of a long-term team with mutual respect and enjoyment from working together.
Key responsibilities
Act for clients in the sale and purchase of businesses
Advise on retail and commercial leasing requirements
Advise on and draft a range of commercial agreements
Negotiate and manage commercial and residential contracts to settlement
Draft and advise on off the plan contracts
Manage your workflow and take ownership of your role
About you
Minimum 3 years PAE
Experience in running own files
Robust written and verbal communication skills
Robust technical and drafting skills
High level of attention to detail
Ability to build business and client relationships
Robust organisation and communication skills
Experience with LEAP legal software an advantage
