About the role:
As a successful applicant you will possess excellent customer service, communication and organisational skills and thrive in working as part of a adaptable and supportive team as we grow into busy practice at heart of the community. Previous experience working in a Radiology practice workplace would be highly desirable experience an advantage.
This role will require:
Reception, welcoming and processing patients
Patient information data entry
Scheduling and managing patient appointments
Following up medical information with referrers, allied health and third parties
Managing telephone enquiries
Supporting the Radiologists
Working with Radiographers/ Sonographers & Radiologists
General reception duties
Fast accurate medical typing
Skills and experience: To be successful for this role, we require the following:

Strong communication skills – written and verbal
Exceptional attention to detail
Knowledge of the Medical Perks Schedule
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
