We are seeking a qualified Method Analyst to examine organisational methods, operational procedures, and business systems, and to develop improved practices that support efficiency and productivity within a operating setting.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Study and evaluate organisational structures, work methods, and operational systems
Analyse current procedures and identify inefficiencies or areas for improvement
Develop, document, and recommend revised methods, workflows, and systems
Conduct operational reviews, including time, cost, and resource analysis
Prepare reports, process documentation, and implementation recommendations
Consult with management to assist with the introduction of improved methods




Review outcomes and recommend further process improvements as required

Skills and Experience Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field
Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in organisation and methods analysis or process improvement
Strong analytical, documentation, and reporting skills
Ability to work independently within our business workplace.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Job Type: Full time Pay: $85,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
