Circular Communities Australia is Australia’s first purpose-built big bag recycling plant in Toowoomba, Queensland.
Our mission is to support a circular economy, significantly reduce greenhouse gas emissions, and minimize landfill waste.
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Plant Operator to join our team at our recycling and processing facility.
Main Tasks:
Safely and efficiently operate recycling and processing equipment
Handle forklift operations and material movement
Maintain a clean and safe working environment
Perform tasks as directed by the site supervisor
The above list is not exhaustive and the role may evolve to meet the company’s objectives.
Other Duties:
Maintain water quality through the water treatment facility
Remove byproducts and waste

Work Environment: This role involves working in a physical setting with exposure to machinery, noise, and varying weather conditions.
Appropriate PPE and training will be provided.
Employment Type: Full time, Shift Work
Hours: 10 Hour shifts | 4 days a week | Tuesday - Friday
Morning Shift: 4.00am - 2.00pm
Afternoon Shift: 1.30pm - 11.30pm
