About the Role
We are currently seeking reliable and experienced Pick Packers to join a leading cold storage and logistics operation based in Hemmant. This is a fast-paced ongoing role working in a temperature-controlled workplace, where accuracy, efficiency, and safety are key.
You’ll play an key role in ensuring orders are picked and packed correctly and dispatched on time.
Key Responsibilities
Picking and packing orders using RF scanners
Operate efficiently in a cold storage environment (-18°C to 0°C)
General warehousing duties including stock replenishment and manual handling
Maintaining accuracy and meeting daily pick targets
Following strict safety and hygiene procedures
Keeping work areas clean and organised
About You
Previous warehouse, pick packing, or order fulfilment experience
Comfortable working in cold environments (freezer conditions)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Able to work in a fast-paced, KPI-driven setting
Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
Own reliable transport
Full working rights in Australia
Forklift licence not essential but highly regarded
