North Star Partners is looking for an experienced SailPoint Identity Engineer to join a large enterprise setting.
12-month contract
Sydney preferred, but open to Melbourne or Brisbane (Sorry, this job is for people based in Australia only. No possibility for work from home or sponsorship)

This is a hands-on engineering role for someone who has strong practical experience building and supporting solutions within SailPoint IdentityIQ and/or Identity Security Cloud. This is a genuine engineering role, not architecture, coordination or support. You’ll be working across a broad application estate, with a focus on application onboarding, integrations and ongoing engineering across the SailPoint platform.

What you’ll be doing:
Onboarding and integrating applications into SailPoint
Building and customising workflows, connectors and access processes
Working with REST APIs, SCIM, JDBC, LDAP and other integration patterns
Troubleshooting provisioning, access and integration issues




Working directly with application and technology teams to deliver outcomes end-to-end

What we’re looking for You’ll bring strong hands-on experience across:
SailPoint IdentityIQ and/or Identity Security Cloud
Application onboarding and identity lifecycle management
Custom connectors, workflows and integrations
REST APIs and systems integration
Java / BeanShell / scripting capability
Provisioning, access management and troubleshooting

Experience with Entra ID or CyberArk is useful, but SailPoint engineering depth is the priority. Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who has personally built and customised solutions in SailPoint, rather than only supported, coordinated or led the work.
