At Chobani, social responsibility is in our DNA and that means you will be joining an organisation that is constantly seeking to make a difference for our communities, people, and the planet. In addition to a competitive salary, Chobani offers adaptable working arrangements, onsite yogurt, a wellbeing program and a great rewards and recognition program.

Every fridge tells a story. This one is ours — and it’s getting bigger.

Chobani Australia was formed in 2011 following the acquisition of Gippsland Dairy, alongside the Chobani brand. Guided by our belief that food can be a force for good — and our purpose, Good Food For All — we make Chobani and Gippsland Dairy yogurt in Dandenong South, focusing on food that’s delicious, nutritious, natural and accessible.

We’re building the next chapter of growth — investing in major site upgrades and recent capability to meet demand and deliver on our aspiration: in every fridge, everywhere, every day.

Chobani is a place for people who like pace and ownership. We keep standards high, back people to stretch, and hire for attitude — if you set goals, deliver, learn fast and keep raising the bar, you’ll feel right at home here.

As Chobani continues to grow, we're looking for Machine Operators to join our expanding production teams. Working in a modern,

automated manufacturing environment, you'll play a key role in producing products enjoyed by millions of Australians while developing your skills and building a long-term career with a growing business.
