Key responsibilities
Deliver exceptional guest service across Longrain restaurant and Longsong cocktail bar and events space
Work efficiently and calmly during busy services
For Waiters: provide quality dining service with strong food and beverage knowledge
For Bartenders: prepare cocktails and beverages with confidence and knowledge
Collaborate with team members and support colleagues across all areas
About you
Experienced Waiters and Bartenders with genuine passion for hospitality
Confident, warm and engaging personality
Strong communication and attention to detail
Ability to work efficiently and calmly during busy services
Team-first attitude and willingness to get involved
Strong interest in food, cocktails and the Melbourne hospitality scene
For Waiters: experience in quality dining and natural approach to guest service
For Bartenders: cocktail experience and beverage knowledge
