KAYANI HOLDINGS PTY LTD T/A Midas Service Centre Greensborough is seeking a qualified and experienced Motor Mechanic to join our growing team in Melbourne. We are looking for a motivated qualified who takes pride in delivering high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service.
Key responsibilities
Carry out routine vehicle servicing, maintenance and inspections.
Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults using computerized diagnostic equipment.
Repair and replace faulty engine, transmission, suspension, steering and braking system components.
Perform engine tuning and preventative maintenance.
Conduct road tests to identify and verify vehicle performance issues.
Inspect vehicles and ensure repairs comply with Australian safety standards.
Maintain accurate service records and complete repair documentation.
Ensure all work is completed efficiently while following workplace health and safety procedures.
Keep the workshop clean, organised and maintain tools and equipment.
About you
Relevant qualification as a Motor Mechanic (Certificate III or equivalent).
At least 2 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
Solid diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
Experience working with a variety of vehicle makes and models.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Robust attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Current Australian driver's licence (preferred).
Pay: $80,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
