We are seeking an experienced Forklift Operator to join the the team at the Port of Brisbane. This role involves operating forklifts safely and efficiently, loading and unloading freight, moving stock within the warehouse, and supporting the team with general warehouse duties. You will be working in a fast-paced logistics environment where safety, accuracy and reliability are essential.

Key Responsibilities
Safely operate a forklift to load and unload freight
Move and position stock throughout the warehouse
Load and unload trucks and containers
Pick and prepare orders for dispatch
Assist with receiving and checking incoming stock
Ensure freight is handled and stored safely and accurately




Maintain a clean and organised work area
Follow all workplace health and safety procedures
Assist with general warehouse duties as required

Requirements
Current LF Forklift License
Previous forklift and warehouse experience
Experience loading/unloading trucks or containers
Good understanding of warehouse safety procedures
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
Reliable, punctual and physically fit
Positive communication and teamwork skills
Previous freight or logistics experience is highly regarded
