Earlyhood Recruitment is seeking an experienced Educational Leader to join a qualified early learning service in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs. This hands-on leadership role focuses on pedagogy, educator development and creating meaningful learning outcomes for children.
You’ll work with the Centre Director and educator team to strengthen practice, mentor staff in planning and reflective practice, and lead the service toward ongoing quality improvement and EYLF fidelity.
