Kitchen Hand – Entry Level

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Hand to join our team for approximately 20 hours per week.

No previous kitchen experience is required — full training will be provided. This is a excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain experience working in a commercial kitchen.

The role involves working in a fast-paced setting, so we are looking for someone who is motivated, organised and happy to work as part of a team.

Duties include
Washing dishes, utensils and kitchen equipment
Keeping kitchen and preparation areas clean and organised
Assisting with basic food preparation
Putting away deliveries and stock
Emptying bins and maintaining general kitchen cleanliness
Assisting chefs and kitchen staff when required
Following food safety and hygiene procedures





What we are looking for:

Able to follow instructions
Available for approximately 20 hours per week, including some evening and weekend shifts
No minimum age required

This position would suit someone looking for their first job in hospitality or anyone wanting to gain experience working in a busy kitchen. Pay: $25.00 – $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20.0 per week
