Your new role
Due to continued growth, opportunities are available for both Intermediate and Senior Accountants.
Working closely with clients and senior staff, your responsibilities will include:
Preparing financial statements and income tax returns for individuals, trusts, companies and SMSFs
Managing a portfolio of SME clients across various industries, including healthcare
Providing business advisory and tax compliance support
Building and maintaining strong client relationships through regular communication
Attending client meetings and acting as a trusted point of contact
Assisting with workflow management and mentoring junior team members (Senior Accountant)
What you'll need to succeed
2+ years' experience (Intermediate) or 4+ years' experience (Senior) within public practice accounting
CA or CPA commenced, completed or working towards completion
Solid tax and business services compliance knowledge
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Confidence dealing directly with clients and building trusted relationships
A proactive attitude and strong attention to detail
Experience using Xero and other cloud-based accounting software
