Junior Office Assistant

About the role We are seeking a reliable and motivated Junior Office Assistant to join our small business. This role is ideal for someone who is organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable supporting multiple areas of a business. The successful candidate will primarily assist with data entry and general support across multiple departments, while also completing a variety of ad-hoc tasks as required.

Key responsibilities
Assist with data entry across multiple departments and business systems as directed.
Assist with general office duties including answering phone calls, greeting visitors and accepting deliveries.
Prepare and update documents, spreadsheets and reports.
Check data and documentation for accuracy and completeness.
Follow established procedures and instructions carefully.
Complete ad-hoc tasks as requested by management.
Provide general support to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the business.

About you
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.




Solid typing and data entry skills with a high level of accuracy.
Excellent attention to detail.
The ability to follow instructions and established processes accurately.
The ability to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities.
Solid written and verbal communication skills.
The ability to work independently when required, while also working effectively as part of a team.
