WOW Recruitment is seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join an established B2B manufacturing business. This is a hands-on sales role focused on winning new business and existing business, building customer relationships and growing accounts across Australia and New Zealand.
$85k plus super and comms
Full sales cycle, from prospecting through to repeat business
Full-time, permanent position based in Castle Hill

Join a well-established B2B organisation with a strong presence across Australia and New Zealand. In this role, you'll drive new business through outbound prospecting, inbound enquiries and customer engagement, while building and growing your own portfolio of accounts through strong relationships, repeat business and cross-selling opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop recent business opportunities across target industries in Australia and Current Zealand
Build and maintain a robust pipeline through outbound calls, emails and prospecting, alongside inbound enquiries.
Manage and grow existing accounts, driving repeat business and identifying cross-selling opportunities
Conduct face-to-face meetings with prospects and customers across Sydney
Maintain accurate CRM records, sales activity and pipeline forecasts




Work closely with the marketing team to align sales activity with campaigns and promotions
Provide market feedback on competitor pricing, lost opportunities and product gaps

About You
Proven experience in outbound B2B sales or business development, including cold calling and working towards targets
Experience selling roll labels, self-adhesive labels, print, packaging or industrial consumables (direct roll-label experience highly regarded)
Experience selling into food and beverage, cosmetics or manufacturing businesses is ideal
Robust organisation skills and disciplined CRM and pipeline management
Current NSW driver's licence
Experience using AI tools for lead generation, prospect research or sales outreach
