Bankstown Women’s Health Centre is seeking an Intake Assessment & Referral Officer to manage frontline reception at the Cabramatta site. You will greet clients, respond to inquiries, and provide trauma-informed information, intake and referrals with a warm, inclusive approach.
You will collaborate with clinical teams, coordinate appointments, and maintain electronic records in WHNSW databases, while delivering qualified, confidential support to women from diverse backgrounds.
