At Select Harvests, we're looking for a Grower Liaison Manager to help strengthen and expand our network of third-party almond growers.
This is a relationship-focused role where you'll spend time in the field working directly with growers across our supply regions, building trusted partnerships, identifying current supply opportunities and supporting growers throughout the season.
You'll play a key role in growing our external almond supply network while ensuring our existing grower relationships continue to thrive.
What you'll do
Identify, engage and onboard new third-party almond growers
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing growers
Conduct regular grower visits and support yield forecasting and reporting
Assist with grower contracts, certification and compliance requirements
Coordinate key harvest logistics, including transport and delivery scheduling
Work closely with Operations, Quality, Logistics and other internal teams
About you You'll ideally bring:
Experience building solid relationships with growers or other external stakeholders
Knowledge of almonds, horticulture or broader agricultural operations
Solid communication, organisation and relationship management skills
An understanding of compliance and certification requirements
The ability to work independently and travel regularly throughout regional growing areas
