About the Role
Internal sales and customer service
Processing quotes and orders
Supporting trade customers
Product enquiries and stock assistance
Working closely with the branch and warehouse teams
Predominantly sales focused with minimal warehouse duties
Who We’re Looking For?
You’ll ideally already have experience within electrical wholesale and understand the products, customers and pace of a busy branch.
You need to be self-sufficient, reliable and comfortable taking ownership of your workload without needing constant direction.
You’ll Bring
Electrical wholesale experience
Robust product knowledge
Internal sales or trade counter experience
Good attention to detail
Reliable and hardworking attitude
Solid customer service skills
Ability to work well within an experienced team
