We are currently seeking two enthusiastic and motivated Fabricator/Welders to join our team. This opportunity is ideal for experienced tradespeople with proven experience in structural steel fabrication and construction, particularly across commercial and mining projects.

Key Responsibilities
Read and interpret technical drawings, plans and specifications.
Measure, mark, cut and prepare steel materials for fabrication.
Fabricate structural steel components and assemblies.
Perform MIG, TIG and/or ARC welding as required.
Assemble and weld steel structures to required specifications.
Use hand tools, power tools and workshop machinery safely and efficiently.
Inspect fabricated and welded components to ensure quality and accuracy.
Conduct grinding, finishing and other preparation work.
Follow workplace health and safety procedures at all times.
Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Maintain a clean,



organised and secure work environment.
Complete fabrication and installation work within required timeframes.

Skills and Experience
Minimum 2 years of experience in fabrication and welding preferred.
Certificate III–IV qualification in a relevant trade or field preferred.
Proven experience as a Fabricator/Welder.
Solid experience in structural steel fabrication.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and engineering plans.
Competent welding and metal fabrication skills.
Experience working on commercial and/or mining projects is highly desirable.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work safely and follow WHS requirements.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
