Our Client

Our client located in Virginia QLD is seeking to hire experienced Food process workers/packers to be part of their growing team.

About the Role:
Casual with view to go permanent
Monday to Friday on-going roster
Morning shift - 6am, 7am, 8am start time | $33.05/hr + Super
Afternoon shift - 1pm, 2pm | $38.01/hr + Super

Must have and core responsibilities:
Experience in a manufacturing food industry
Steel capped boots will be required
Understanding food hygiene, HACCP and quality requirements
Knowledge of Workplace safety

Duties and Responsibilities

Food Process Worker:
Transfer the 15 kg dough from the mixing bowl to the kneading table.
Knead the dough until it's ready for the dough rolling machine.




Pass the dough through the roller before placing it onto the conveyor belt

Packer:
Pack pastry shell products efficiently and securely using appropriate materials.
Organize and clean the packing area to ensure a secure and effective workspace.
Follow safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet packing targets and deadlines.
Report any damaged or defective items to supervisors for further action.
