Hume Support Services is seeking a reliable, compassionate, and dedicated Female Support Worker to provide high-quality care to a client located in Heidelberg.
This position offers consistent, ongoing hours, making it an ideal opportunity for someone looking for predictable evening shifts within a supportive team workplace.
Shift Schedule
Days: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday (6 shifts per week)
Hours: 7:00 PM – 10:00 PM (3 hours per shift / 18 hours total per week)
Key Responsibilities
Assist with routine evening personal care, routine tasks, and settling in for the night
Provide compassionate, person-centred support tailored to the client's individual needs
Maintain transparent communication and accurate daily documentation
Ensure a safe, respectful, and dignified environment at all times
Requirements & Qualifications
Gender Requirement: Female applicant requested (Gender is a genuine occupational requirement for this role under Section 28 of the Equal Opportunity Act 2010)
Relevant qualifications in Disability, Individual Support, Aged Care, or Nursing (or equivalent industry experience)
Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check
Current First Aid & CPR Certificates
Right to work in Australia
Reliable transportation to and from Heidelberg
