About the Role The HSE coordinator will be responsible for ensuring health, safety, and environmental compliance on site.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement HSE policies and procedures.
Conduct regular site inspections and audits.
Provide training and support to staff on HSE matters.
Investigate incidents and prepare reports.
Qualifications
As least 2+ years experienced overseeing commercial projects as a HSE advisor
Cert or Degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related field.
Strong knowledge of WA HSE regulations and standards.
Trade background is preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills
Experience as a HSE advisor for a main commercial builder is essential
Pay range and compensation package
