Junior Crew Member – Cook & Cashier

We are looking for a friendly, reliable and hardworking Junior Crew Member to join the Phatburgerz team!

This is a hands-on role where you’ll be trained across both cooking and customer service, working in a fast-paced food truck workplace.

Cooking Duties
Preparing and cooking smash burgers
Preparing burger ingredients and toppings
Assembling burgers and loaded fries
Following food safety and hygiene procedures
Keeping the cooking area clean and organised
Restocking ingredients when required
Working efficiently during busy periods

Cashier & Customer Service Duties
Greeting customers with a friendly attitude
Taking customer orders
Operating the POS/cash register
Processing cash and card payments
Answering customer questions about the menu
Preparing and handing out customer orders




Ensuring customers receive great service
Keeping the front/customer area clean and presentable

Previous hospitality experience is not required — training will be provided
