Capability HR is seeking a Lead HR for a growing Australian FMCG business. You will partner directly with the CEO and sit on the executive team to shape culture and capability while guiding day-to-day HR delivery.

You will drive L&D;, OD and change initiatives, including ERP adoption, and lead succession planning across production, logistics and corporate teams. The role requires diplomacy in a family-owned setting with a pragmatic, steady approach.
