We’re looking for someone who knows their way around a commercial kitchen and has genuine experience preparing authentic Filipino dishes and flavours.

THE ROLE
Preparing and cooking Filipino cuisine
High-volume food preparation & production
Following recipes, portioning and presentation standards
Maintaining food quality and consistency
Working to strict food safety & hygiene standards
Keeping your kitchen and work areas clean and organised
Working as part of a rapid-paced production team





WE'RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO:
Has previous experience cooking Filipino cuisine
Has commercial kitchen or high-volume catering experience
Can work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
Has excellent food safety & hygiene knowledge
Is reliable, organised and a great team player
Takes pride in producing quality food
