We are seeking an experienced and organised Practice in Charge to oversee the day-to-day operations of a busy dental practice.
Key responsibilities
Manage daily practice operations and staff coordination
Lead and support reception and clinical staff
Manage rosters, appointments, recalls and patient flow
Maintain high standards of patient service and practice presentation
Assist with staff training, performance and workflow
Handle administrative duties, compliance and practice procedures
Monitor stock, supplies and general practice requirements
Liaise with dentists, staff and management to ensure smooth operations
About you:
Previous dental practice management/senior dental nursing experience preferred
Solid leadership and communication skills
Highly organised, reliable and proactive
Able to work independently and manage a busy environment
Professional, friendly and patient-focused
