Has excellent inter-personal skills, maintaining a calm demeanour in high-pressure situation.
Help headache to create seasonal menu design and on-going dish development
Seeks to further their skillset and food knowledge by showcasing local produce
Must be able to work on weekends and rotating roster.
Experience required:
Must have certificate IV in commercial cookery
Minimum 3 years’ experience as a chef.
