Project Manager - IT Operations & Managed Services
Initial 12-month contract with the potential view to extend
Conveniently located in Melbourne CBD with WFH arrangement (3 days' in the office)
Deliver across NextGen initiative including a cloud MSP transition
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with robust governance skills and a background in IT operations and managed services. You will bring structure to a complex workplace, maintain alignment across teams and vendors, and keep delivery moving.
Key Responsibilities
Manage project planning, schedules, dependencies and delivery milestones.
Drive program and project governance, including status reporting, financial tracking, and risk and issue management.
Facilitate Agile planning, prioritisation and execution.
Coordinate the Cloud MSP transition and related initiatives across technical teams, business stakeholders and vendors.
Provide explicit stakeholder communications and escalate delivery risks promptly.
Skills Required
Proven project management experience across IT operations and managed services environments.
Robust governance, financial tracking and stakeholder management skills.
Practical experience facilitating Agile ways of working.
Experience coordinating external service providers and cross-functional teams.
Cloud or managed services transition experience would be highly regarded.
