We're looking for an experienced Asphalt Foreman to help run our onsite crew and deliver high quality asphalt works . Richmond Roads Group is independently owned and operated and working across SEQ with a solid forward book.
Key responsibilities
Lead and coordinate daily asphalt crew operations
Manage plant, trucks and site setup
Ensure quality, safety and productivity
Read plans and scopes to deliver accurate work
Communicate with supervisors and clients
About you
Robust asphalt laying experience
Proven crew leadership skills
Solid understanding of paving, levels and compaction
Reliable, organised and safety focused
HR/HC licence and VOCs (roller/paver) highly regarded
