HVAC PM is a Sydney commercial HVAC contractor. We are a small, tight crew, which means you work directly with the director, everyone knows your name, and your ideas actually change how we run the job. No layers of management and no being just a number.
Our work is on sites most techs only ever see from the outside: live data centres and major educational facilities. These are long term static site contracts with Tier 1 clients, so the work is steady and the plant is big, critical and engaging.
WHY THIS ROLE IS DIFFERENT
This is not a run around service job. You are based at one site, you get to know the plant properly, and you finish each day knowing what tomorrow looks like. It is the kind of role where you stop being the tech who patches things up and start being the tech the site relies on.

A TYPICAL DAY
You start on site, catch up with the facilities team,
then work through planned maintenance and any faults on the plant. Some days you are diagnosing and repairing a fault on critical cooling, other days you are supporting commissioning on an upgrade or verifying system performance. You finish by writing up what you did so the next person knows exactly where things stand.
THE ROLE
Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair commercial HVAC systems
Minor installation and upgrade works
Commissioning support, system optimisation and performance checks
Work alongside facilities teams and site stakeholders
Keep explicit service records and reports
WHAT YOU NEED
Full ARC Refrigerant Handling Licence (RHL)
Certificate III in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration
White Card
NSW driver's licence
Experience in commercial HVAC
Data centre, educational facility or commissioning experience is a plus. If you are a solid commercial tech who wants to step up into critical settings, we want to hear from you too.
