Want an SDR role where the OTE is actually achievable?

We’re exclusively partnering with an established global technology business as they continue to build their presence in Australia.

This is an opportunity to join as their 2nd hire in Australia , taking ownership of prospecting across APAC and working with some of the biggest names across financial services. You won’t be joining a huge SDR floor and becoming another number. You’ll have genuine ownership of your territory, direct exposure to global sales leadership and the chance to help shape how the business grows across APAC.

You’ll be
Building and developing your own APAC territory
Prospecting into senior stakeholders across financial services
Generating and qualifying new enterprise opportunities
Running initial discovery conversations
Working closely with global sales leadership to develop your target market
Attending industry events and getting prospects for travel
Building pipeline for enterprise solutions with deal sizes of $100k+





And importantly, the targets are realistic . The existing SDR team is consistently achieving quota quarter-on-quarter, with an uncapped commission structure that rewards overperformance. Who we're looking for
A robust and confident communicator
Gritty and comfortable with outbound prospecting

Able to work autonomously
Commercially minded
Motivated by performance and progression

What's on offer Circa $100k base + super + uncapped commission

You'll be Sydney based and initially work remotely, with the business planning to establish a greater office presence as the Australian team grows.

You get the combination of joining an established global company with a proven product and customer base, while still getting in early enough in Australia to have genuine influence over the APAC build.

If you're performing well as an SDR but want a bigger territory, more autonomy and exposure to enterprise financial services, I'd be keen to speak.
