About The Opportunity
The primary purpose of this position is to deliver exceptional care and education to children within a dedicated age group. Our client is seeking two Diploma qualified Educators, each working with a separate age group within the centre.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
Planning engaging educational activities tailored to your age group
Implementing educational programs that support children's learning
Creating a safe and secure environment for all children in your care
Fostering a nurturing and supportive atmosphere throughout the day
Building positive, trusting relationships with the children
Building strong relationships with families, communicating confidently in both English and Mandarin
About You
The successful candidate will have:
A Diploma in Early Childhood Education
Fluency in Mandarin, with the ability to communicate effectively with children and families
Strong English language skills, both written and verbal
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
The ability to work effectively within a team setting
A genuine passion for working with children
