Miami Bakehouse Group is looking for an experienced Accounts Officer to join our Mandurah finance team, supporting key finance functions across the business.

Working 18 hours per week, you’ll support a range of finance functions across the business, including payroll, accounts payable, reconciliations and month-end. You’ll work as part of an established finance team with robust systems and procedures in place.

Flexibility to assist with additional hours when required will be highly regarded.

Key Responsibilities
Accounts Payable support
End-to-end payroll processing
Bank and credit card reconciliations
Sales reconciliations
Month-end support

About You We’re looking for someone with:
Previous Australian payroll experience




Intermediate MYOB and Excel skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good organisation and time management skills
A reliable and proactive approach
