About the role Support the Head Chef in running a high-volume open kitchen and lead the pass when they are off.
What you will do
Run services and lead the pass
Supervise and train chefs across all stations
Manage prep lists, ordering and stock rotation
Keep recipes, presentation and portioning consistent
Maintain food safety and cleaning schedules
What you bring
3+ years in a senior chef role, Sous or strong Junior Sous
Lebanese or Middle Eastern cuisine experience strongly preferred
Confident leading a team under pressure
Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery, or equivalent experience
Full working rights in Australia
