Pathways Residences is a Residential Aged Care provider with 4 locations across Sydney. We are looking for members to join our catering team to help with various roles in the kitchen for our Residents at our Killara location NSW 2071.

Part-time and casual positions available.

The Role:
Serving well-prepared meals and preparing the dining areas
Monitoring food quality and temperature
General cleaning within a commercial kitchen setting
Deliver a high standard of hygiene under Food Safety Plan requirements
Maintain temperature logs for cooked/cooled foods, as well as the sanitization of produce.
Follow cleaning schedules, ensure correct use of chemicals, and uphold kitchen hygiene.
Comply with legislated hygiene and food storage practices.
Adhere to chemical safety protocols.
Maintain facility cleanliness and report maintenance issues
Serve meals/snacks attentively, empowering residents’ choices.

About You
Previous experience as a Kitchen Hand
Excellent communication and customer service skills
A skilled, polished, and compassionate approach
Ability to work across a 7-day roster, including weekends and evenings
A genuine interest in enriching the lives of older Australians
A current National Police Check
NDIS Worker Screening Check




Covid19 vaccinated (3 Doses) + Flu vaccinated

You will require:
A current National Police Check + NDIS Worker Check
