What you will do
Run services as manager on duty, including opens and closes
Lead pre-shift briefings and keep the floor moving
Train and support FOH, bar and cafe crew
Help build rosters and manage labour within targets
Handle cash-up, POS reconciliation and stock counts
Resolve guest issues and protect the guest experience
Support recruitment and onboarding during pre-opening
What you bring
2+ years in a supervisor or assistant manager role in full-service dining
Confident leading a team in a busy service
Comfortable with POS, rostering and basic reporting
Food Safety Supervisor certificate regarded
Weekend and evening availability
Full working rights in Australia
Arabic speaking an advantage, not essential
