About the role Run our brick oven, producing fresh flatbreads, manakish-style breads and oven dishes throughout service.
What you will do
Prepare doughs and fillings daily
Operate and manage the brick oven safely through service
Bake breads to order and support oven-roasted dishes
Keep the station clean and stocked
What you bring
1+ year experience with a wood-fired, brick or deck oven
Lebanese bakery or flatbread experience strongly preferred
Early starts and weekend availability
Full working rights in Australia
Pay: $57,700.00 – $87,000.00 per year
