Run a busy Crows Nest cocktail bar as if it were your own

Li'l Darlin is a colourful, lively cocktail bar known for outstanding drinks, tapas and pizzas, and guests who keep coming back. We're a small, friendly group of venues, and we're looking for a Venue Manager who wants real ownership: your team, your numbers, your venue.

Performance bonus up to $5,000 based on sales and profit, so the better the venue does, the more you earn
5 days a week, 2 rostered days off

What you'll do
Lead from the front, on the floor and bar, setting the standard for service every shift
Recruit, roster, train and coach a team you're proud of
Own the numbers: sales, COGS and GP margins, wages and end-of-shift controls




Run promotions and events that bring in new guests and turn them into regulars
Keep the venue safe, clean and compliant (RSA, OH&S;, food safety)

About you
You've managed a busy bar or restaurant, or you're a strong assistant or duty manager ready to step up
You're confident with COGS and labour cost control
You're energetic, positive and good at getting the best out of people
You have a current RSA and can work nights, weekends and public holidays
