Clean Beauty Market - We are looking for a sales super star to join our management team at our vibrant retail store in Bondi Junction, NSW.
Clean Beauty Market is Australia's largest natural beauty store with multiple locations and 90+brands including makeup, skincare, haircare, perfume and wellness products. Confidence in assisting customers with makeup and skincare advice including colour matching is essential.
The successful candidate will love sales and possess the following skills & qualifications:
-Previous experience in retail sales and leadership with a proven history of achieving goals and KPIs. A love for sales and getting the best outcome for the customer is essential.
-A passion and willingness to learn about natural beauty and our brands.
-A can-do attitude and team player who is trustworthy and reliable.
-The ability to provide an exceptional in-store experience to all of our guests.
-Attention to detail, exceptional time management and productivity.
The ability to pack and process online orders as they come through daily throughout your shift.
-The ability to multi-task and work within an often busy and quick-paced setting.
-Previous experience in a retail leadership role whether that be supervisor, assistant manager or manager.
The Role:
20 - 30 hours per week. Weekend availability required (Saturday and/or Sunday). Casual or permanent part time for the right person.
