Lunetta Gelateria is a growing independent gelateria in Leichhardt. We are looking for a reliable and experienced full time Gelato Maker /Pastry Chef to join our team.
About the role
Gelato and sorbet production
Everything is made from scratch, including gelato, sauces, inclusions and baked goods
Preparation of ingredients and following recipes accurately
Operating gelato production equipment
Stock preparation and rotation
Cleaning and maintaining the production area and equipment
Working efficiently during busy production periods
About you
Previous experience in gelato, pastry, bakery or professional kitchens preferred
Solid attention to detail and pride in your work
Reliable, organised and able to work independently
Comfortable with physical work and lifting up to 25kg
Weekend availability required
Pay: $33.00 – $40.00 per hour
